Role: Agentic AI Developer (India)
Building the Future of Autonomous Healthcare Systems
Role Overview
As an Agentic AI Developer, you will design and deploy autonomous AI systems capable
of reasoning, planning, and executing complex workflows in healthcare domains such as risk adjustment,
prior authorization, and care gap closure.
Must-Have Skills
• Strong Python and system design expertise
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (Large Language Models), RAG pipelines, and prompt
engineering
• Proven ability to build multi-agent architectures (planner, executor, verifier)
• Knowledge of APIs and distributed systems
• Integration of healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7, claims)
Preferred Skills
• Familiarity with agent frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI)
• Healthcare domain experience (Medicare Advantage, HCC coding)
• Exposure to real-world AI deployment and scaling
Success Metrics (6–12 Months)
• Deploy production-grade AI agents
• Deliver 15–30% workflow efficiency improvement
• Demonstrate measurable ROI in healthcare operations
