Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Accounts Receivables (O2C) role based in Pune, with a competitive salary offering up to 5.5 Lpa. The role requires candidates with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience. Key responsibilities include managing accounts receivable processes such as invoicing, debt collection, and streamlining the order-to-cash cycle. Coordination with internal teams and efficient handling of client communications to resolve billing-related issues will be integral to this position. Successful candidates should be available to join within 0 to 15 days of notice.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Analytical Skills and Finance to ensure accurate reporting and streamlined financial processes
- Experience in Debt Collection and Invoicing to manage accounts receivable efficiently
- Excellent Communication skills to interact professionally with clients and internal teams
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP are mandatory
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks effectively, and work collaboratively
- Previous experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
