Cliff Climbers India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor for our manufacturing unit in Dehradun.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise production of garments, backpacks, and textile products
• Manage cutting, stitching, finishing, and quality control processes
• Coordinate with production staff to ensure smooth workflow
• Monitor daily production targets and maintain efficiency
• Ensure quality standards and timely completion of orders
• Assist in material planning and production reporting
Requirements:
• 3–5 years experience in garments, bags, or textile manufacturing
• Good understanding of production processes and quality checks
• Ability to manage shop-floor teams
• Organized and responsible work approach
