Role Description The Marketing Executive will work full time on-site at Hotel Classic Regency in Alleppey, focusing on promoting the hotel and driving room and event bookings. Daily responsibilities include planning and executing marketing campaigns, conducting local market research, and supporting sales initiatives to reach individual and group customers. The role involves coordinating with online travel agencies, managing social media and other digital channels, and developing promotional materials and offers. The Marketing Executive will collaborate with the front office and management team to ensure consistent branding, track campaign performance, and identify new opportunities to increase visibility and revenue.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and implement effective promotional campaigns.
- Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to understand customer preferences, competitor activities, and local tourism trends.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact with guests, partners, and internal teams in a clear and professional manner.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to convert inquiries into bookings and maintain relationships with corporate and travel partners.
- Relevant experience in hotel or hospitality marketing is preferred, along with familiarity with social media, digital marketing tools, and online travel platforms.
- A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Alleppey, manage multiple tasks, and use basic office software and marketing tools is required.
