🚨 Hiring – Manager IT (SAP) 🚨
We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead implementation, rollout, and support projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage SAP implementation, rollout, and support projects across business units
• Lead cross-functional SAP teams (functional & technical)
• Work across modules like FICO, MM, SD, PP with strong integration knowledge
• Handle project planning, budgeting, and resource management
• Oversee UAT, go-live, and post-implementation support
• Drive process improvements, automation, and system optimization
• Ensure ITGC compliance (User Access, SoD, Change Management, Audit Trails)
• Collaborate with auditors for ITGC & SOX compliance
🔹 Required Skills:
• Strong SAP module knowledge (FICO/MM/SD/PP)
• Experience with SAP methodologies (ASAP/Activate)
• Project & stakeholder management expertise
• Strong leadership and communication skills
🔹 Preferred:
• SAP Certification
• Experience in S/4HANA projects
• Background in Real Estate / Construction domain
🔹 Experience:
8–15 years in SAP with 3+ years in project management
5–6 years in real estate/construction domain preferred
