Role Description
This is an internship role for a Hiring & Recruitment Specialist. As a part of a hybrid work model, this position is based in Hyderabad, but some work-from-home flexibility is provided. The intern will take part in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and supporting training initiatives. The role also involves building strong communication channels with various stakeholders and contributing to talent acquisition strategies.
Internship Details
- Duration: 3 Months
- Stipend:
1st Month: Training Period (No Pay)
2nd Month onwards: ₹6,000 per month Incentives also add
- Based on performance, the internship may be extended and converted into a full-time role.
🎯 Responsibilities
- Assist in IT recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Screen resumes and coordinate interview scheduling
- Maintain candidate databases and HR records
- Support course coordination and student communication
- Work closely with the HR and recruitment team
🎓 Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources and HR Management practices
- Understanding of HR policies and employee benefits
- Skills in personnel management and record maintenance
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid and team-oriented environment
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior HR internship or coursework is an advantage
