UX- Design

As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user experience across our digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure the seamless integration of design and functionality.

Main Responsibilities:-

• Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviours. 
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and evaluate user requirements. 
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products. 
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design processes. 
• Iterate designs based on user feedback and usability testing.
• Work closely with developers to implement and refine designs during the development process. 
• Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle. 

Qualifications:-

• More than 2 years of experience as a UX Designer or similar role.  
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UX/UI design projects. 
• Experience working with B2C Mobile Applications. 
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.  
• Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies.  
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.  
• Ability to effectively present and justify design decisions to cross-functional teams.  
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies is a plus.  
• Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
