Technical Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions using Node.js .
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish technical specifications.
• Architect scalable and robust solutions that meet business objectives and align with architectural principles.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to coding standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and enhance team productivity.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in software development.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure project delivery timelines are met.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, QA, and DevOps, to deliver integrated solutions.
• Act as a technical liaison between the development team and other stakeholders, communicating technical concepts effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on Node.js .
• Proven experience in leading development teams and delivering complex software projects from conception to deployment.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js with a deep understanding of their ecosystem, frameworks, and best practices.
• Solid understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with modern development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
