About the role

Minimum of 8+ years of Front-End development experience, with a primary focus on Typescript/ReactJS.
Proven experience in architecting and implementing end-to-end front-end solutions.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to a team of front-end engineers.
Collaborate effectively with product, backend engineering, and design teams to align on project goals.
Play a key role in the recruitment and onboarding of new front-end engineers.
Engage with senior leadership and stakeholders on technical deliverables and challenges.
Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks (e. g., React, Angular, Vue) and state management libraries (Zustand, Redux).
Familiarity with the unique challenges and opportunities presented by B2B SaaS, including scalability, multi-tenancy, and integration with various enterprise systems.
Proven ability to navigate complex business requirements and deliver in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
Knowledge of frontend performance optimization techniques.
Experience with front-end build tools and CI/CD pipelines.
