Requirements:
️ 4-6 years of B2C product management experience (e-commerce experience is preferred) with at least 1 year of experience in Search
Strong analytical thinking, data-driven insights, and structured problem-solving
Proven ability to lead teams with empathy and influence stakeholders
Experience in personalization, recommendations, or AI/ML/LLMs is a strong plus
Responsibilites
Define the product vision and roadmap for search, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Improve search algorithms, ranking models, and query understanding to enhance product discoverability.
Leverage machine learning models to personalize search results based on user behavior and preferences.
Reduce drop-offs, improve zero-result searches, and enhance auto-suggestions to drive higher conversions.
Work closely with engineering, data science, UX, and category teams to create a high-performing and intuitive search experience.
Define and monitor key search KPIs like CTR, NDCG, search-to-cart ratio, and search latency
Conduct experiments to improve search UX and ranking models iteratively
