About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated Recruitment Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our talent acquisition process by identifying, evaluating, and onboarding top talent for our clients. This position requires excellent communication, research, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities as Recruitment Associate
1. Talent Acquisition
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and networking channels.
Conduct in-depth candidate evaluations via resume reviews and phone screenings.
Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
2. Client Management
Manage 3–5 clients simultaneously and develop a deep understanding of their hiring requirements.
Align recruitment strategies with client expectations and ensure efficient hiring solutions.
Provide regular updates to clients on recruitment progress.
3. Research & Market Analysis
Conduct detailed research on 40–50 companies weekly to identify hiring trends and industry insights.
Identify key decision-makers (CXOs, VPs, Directors) within target companies using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo.io, SalesQL, ChatGPT, and Perplexity.
Analyze competitors' hiring strategies to optimize recruitment efforts.
4. Data Management & Quality Control
Maintain accurate records of candidate evaluations and contact information of key decision-makers.
Ensure high data accuracy and relevance in client reports.
Improve recruitment processes through data-driven insights.
5. Interview Coordination
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Provide guidance and feedback to candidates before interviews.
Ensure seamless communication between all stakeholders to enhance the hiring experience.
6. Collaboration & Adaptability
Work closely with recruitment and program teams to align outcomes with client goals.
Adapt quickly to changing hiring needs and priorities.
Maintain strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
