Role Summary:
As the Head/Associate Director - Talent Acquisition, you will lead the recruitment
strategy and execution for SolarSquare. You will play a critical role in building and
scaling high-performing teams by attracting top talent aligned with our vision and
culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition Strategy:
● Develop and execute a robust talent acquisition strategy aligned with
business goals.
● Forecast hiring needs and plan recruitment initiatives accordingly.
2. Team Leadership:
● Lead, mentor, and develop the recruitment team to achieve hiring
excellence.
● Set performance goals and provide actionable feedback for continuous
improvement.
3. End-to-End Recruitment:
● Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for leadership, technical, and
operational roles.
● Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and
ensure a smooth hiring process.
4. Candidate Experience:
● Ensure a positive and seamless experience for candidates at every
stage of the hiring process.
5. Stakeholder Management:
● Collaborate with department heads to identify talent gaps and design
hiring strategies.
● Build strong relationships with external recruitment partners, if
needed.
6. Data-Driven Decisions:
● Utilize recruitment analytics to track hiring metrics and optimize
processes.
● Present regular hiring reports to leadership for transparency and
decision-making.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience (8+ years) in talent acquisition, preferably in a leadership
role.
● MBA from tier I colleges preferred
● Demonstrated success in scaling teams for high-growth organizations.
● Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
● Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and act on hiring metrics.
