Engineering Manager

Responsibilities:-

• Extensive hands-on experience with Node.js or other backend technologies or strong comfort level working with Node.js.
• Proven track record of leading engineering teams to deliver complex, scalable software systems.
• Maintain and improve current systems, identifying areas for optimization and scaling to meet high-performance demands. 
• Experience in building highly scalable products that can handle increasing loads, ensuring minimal downtime and high availability.
• Acting as an advisor to the founders, helping them with market research and provide insights for decision making.

Requirements:-

• 8+ years of experience in backend development, with a focus on highly scalable systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience managing teams of engineers and coordinating cross-functional efforts.
• Ability to solve complex problems under pressure, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
• Strong decision-making ability in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while also collaborating in a team.
• Entrepreneurial experience preferred.
