About the role

Responsibility:

  • Drive revenue growth: Optimize Bhuvanesh performance, collaborate with channels.
  • Manage channels: Monitor team, provide training, address skill gaps.
  • Motivate & engage: Maintain high morale, transparent communication, recognition.
  • Ensure quality & prevent fraud: Monitor & minimize fraudulent activities, enforce policies.
  • Optimize incentives: Design & implement effective incentives, align with market needs.
  • Develop & retain Bhuvanesh: Provide training, foster growth, improve performance.
  • Monitor performance: Track progress, address underperformance, implement corrective actions.
  • Improve efficiency: Streamline processes, collaborate with internal teams.
