Talent Acquisition Specialist

We're not looking for another recruiter who enjoys drowning in CVs, scheduling loops, and follow-ups. We're looking for someone who hates how messy and manual recruiting has become but still loves helping people find the right jobs. At HirePal, we're rebuilding how hiring works. We help our Founders and Hiring Managers find the best talent for their open roles. Yes, you'll still do the core stuff, from sourcing, screening to talking to candidates but you'll also help us rethink the recruiter's workflow itself. Every pain point you've ever had in recruitment? We will solve it. Together. Key Responsibilities Truly understand the Client's expectations of their open roles, not just what the JD says. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates (and learn how our platform makes it 10x easier). Manage interviews, feedback loops, and communication. Use data and intuition to make better hiring calls. Help us test and refine how recruiters of the future will work. And yes, you will still send a few offer letters and coordinate onboarding. We're not that automated (yet). Required Qualifications Have 2–5 years of recruitment experience (or min of 6 months of internship exposure). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Comfort using recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, ATS, etc.). Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Are tech-comfortable and curious about how hiring tools can make life easier. Bonus: You've hired in startup environments before. You've experimented with AI / ATS tools and have opinions about what works and what doesn't. You like simplifying complex processes or at least ranting about them productively.
