About the Role:
We are seeking Senior Recruiters with a strong background in sourcing candidates across the U.K., Europe, and U.S. markets. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT, Consulting, Finance, or other industries and possess exceptional sourcing skills, particularly utilizing LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract top talent from U.K., Europe, and U.S. markets across various industries.
- Utilize LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify, engage, and manage candidates.
- Collaborate and negotiate with stakeholders in overseas markets to meet recruitment goals.
- Handle employer branding and represent the organization professionally in all interactions.
- Negotiate job offers with candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Work in a high-energy, results-oriented environment with a strong focus on achieving targets.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of sourcing candidates for U.K., Europe, and U.S. markets.
- Strong background in IT, Consulting, Finance, or related industries.
- Exceptional sourcing skills using LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, particularly with international stakeholders.
- High energy, flexible, and willing to go the extra mile to achieve results.
- Ability to work in a revenue-sharing model with no fixed salary, compensated on a per-successful candidate closure basis.
