About the role
About Role
Support the Retail Media business by creating detailed reports by gathering data from various sources, developing dashboards, providing proof campaigns after going live, and interpreting key performance metrics that drive business decisions.
You will support our teams and help our partners in optimizing media campaigns, understanding consumer behavior, and maximizing ROI.
Key responsibilities:
Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze sets of retail media performance data from various sources (e.g. media platforms, data systems, e-commerce sites, apps, data warehouses, etc.).
• Report Creation: Build comprehensive reports to provide clear visibility on media campaign performance before, during and after the campaigns and analysing the sales trend for a set of metrics.
• Insights Generation: Translate complex data into concise and actionable insights for internal stakeholders and clients, identifying trends and opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Managing the delivery and communication with internal and external teams. Ensuring that the
stakeholder expectations are exceeded with the quality deliveries and outcomes. Building and maintaining relationships
across the key stakeholder groups within the business, by working professionally and being familiar with Company systems,
procedures, and policies.
• Support: Provide support to the NZ team to deliver reports and ad hoc requests from stakeholders (internal and external).
Work together with tribe and squad members on different tasks in sprints to deliver on the squad mission.
• Ownership: Take full responsibility for achieving and contributing tom the team goals. Define, and iteratively improve
skillsets.
• Team Player: Participate in all team events. Contribute to team developments and learnings by reviewing performance
after each campaign, openly share achievements, self-improve, and share expertise with colleagues.

• Demonstrated ability to interpret data, generate actionable insights, and present findings in a clear, compelling manner.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Detail-oriented: High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and reporting.
• Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook at an advanced level.
• Unmatched presentation skills
Desirable
Experience in the retail domain.
•Experience with media attribution models, and programmatic advertising.
•Experience in marketing and comms/media evaluation.
•Knowledge of media metrics and platforms (Meta. The Trade Desk).
•Understanding of media KPIs and measurement methodologies.
•Project management experience.
•MicroStrategy experience will be advantageous.
•Data Analytics skills will be good to have.
