Role: BI & Viz Developer 

Experience: 1 to 2 years Location: 

Gurgaon (Hybrid/WFH)

Responsibilities: 

• Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions that meet business requirements using MicroStrategy and/or Power BI. 

• Design and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders. 

• Work with business users to identify requirements and create data models that support their needs.

• Write complex SQL queries to analyze data and create reports. • Create Data Models in Power BI and/or Schema Objects in MicroStrategy. 

• Develop and maintain documentation for BI solutions, including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials. 

• Troubleshoot and optimize BI solutions to ensure performance and reliability. 

• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and validity by creating and maintaining data quality rules and monitoring data quality issues. 

• Participate in team meetings and provide input on best practices, new technologies, and tools for data processing, modeling, and visualization. 

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 

• 1+ years of experience in BI development and data warehousing. 

• Expertise in SQL and experience with at least one BI tool such as Power BI or MicroStrategy. 

• Proficient in data modeling and schema design. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Ability to communicate complex information to non-technical stakeholders. 

• Experience working in an Agile development environment, with retail experience being a plus. 

• Curiosity, proactive approach, and a can-do attitude.
