Associate People Business Partner

Hinge Health's People Business Partner (PBP) team is seeking an Associate People Business Partner to help drive employee engagement, talent development, and a thriving organizational culture. In this role, you will support first-level Commercial & Go To Market leaders on key aspects of the employee lifecycle and play a pivotal role in implementing people programs within your client group. You will also lead project management efforts across the Commercial PBP team to enhance consistency and efficiency in critical areas such as performance reviews, employee relations, engagement surveys, and internal policies and processes. Additionally, you will analyze people-related data, identify key insights, and contribute to strategic discussions during quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
