HPCL Bioinformatics Officer Job For Freshers PhD

Hands-on experience of analyzing genomic and proteomic data of selected microorganisms, 3D structures of DNA and proteins using various techniques and tools, analysing biomolecular interactions and devising strategies to modify these, developing algorithms, performing statistical modelling and data visualization, etc. Undertake research and initiate new projects in the areas of bioinformatics and computational biology, especially related to the introduction of new metabolic pathways for producing various enzymes, biochemicals of interest, and other areas as mentioned above. Participate in the installation and commissioning of lab equipment Operation of sophisticated equipment, and data analysis Carry out operations in shifts. Maintain and operate the R&D facilities as per best safety practices and protocols.
