About Hindustan Bakery: Hindustan Bakery is a trusted name in baked goods, known for quality, freshness, and authentic flavors. Based in Pune, we serve a diverse customer base through retail and bulk sales, and are now expanding our outreach in local and B2B markets. Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing & Sales Executive to support our sales and business development team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in the FMCG/food industry and grow with a heritage bakery brand. Key Responsibilities: Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential customers (retailers, restaurants, cafes, and distributors) Support daily sales operations and follow-ups with clients Conduct field visits and market research across Pune city Help in maintaining sales records, invoicing, and CRM tools Represent the brand at exhibitions, sampling activities, and promotional events Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local campaigns Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements Requirements: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related fields Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel locally in Pune Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets Passion for food and bakery products is a plus What You'll Gain: Certificate of Internship Completion Hands-on sales and client-facing experience Exposure to the functioning of a growing bakery brand Opportunity for a full-time role based on performance
