About the role

Are you ready to embark on an exciting career as a Customer Service Advisor? Our team is seeking proactive individuals for a fixed-term role supporting the Warm Home Discount Scheme, representing and fostering relationships across diverse communication channels. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service for a critical government financial aid scheme, assessing and processing applications meticulously. You will communicate outcomes to applicants, handle challenges, and ensure adherence to guidelines. Your contributions will significantly impact community support and equitable access. Full training and support will be provided. Seize this exciting opportunity to support the Warm Home Discount Scheme, which runs annually from October through to March, and develop a rewarding career in customer service with HGS. We have multiple start dates available from 20th October 2025.
