Graduate Apprentice Program - Back-end Operations

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented graduates to join our Graduate Apprentice Program in Back-end Operations. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to kickstart their career journey with HGS and gain hands-on experience across various corporate functions. Selected candidates will be placed in one of the following departments based on business needs and skill alignment: PF Compliance, HR Operations, Finance & Accounting. This is a non-voice, back-end operations role focused on accuracy, data processing, compliance, and support functions for internal business operations. Phase 1: Apprenticeship (6 Months) - Candidates will undergo structured training in their respective functional departments. Duration: 6 months, Stipend: ₹13,000/- per month. Phase 2: Full-Time Employment (Post Apprenticeship) - Based on performance during the apprenticeship, candidates will be offered full-time roles. Employment Type: Full-Time (on probation), CTC: ₹2,47,500/- per annum.
