Role Description The Hindi Voice Process role is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls in Hindi, responding to customer inquiries, and providing accurate information and support. Day-to-day tasks include documenting customer interactions, addressing concerns or issues, and escalating complex cases when required. The team member will follow defined business processes, maintain service quality standards, and participate in training sessions to stay updated on products, procedures, and best practices. Collaboration with colleagues and supervisors to improve customer experience and operational efficiency is an important part of this role.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills, including fluency in Hindi and working knowledge of English.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills and Business Process Improvement capabilities to understand issues, follow procedures, and suggest improvements.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills, such as the ability to learn quickly, apply feedback, and support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Relevant experience in voice process, contact center, or customer support environments is beneficial.
- Basic computer literacy, familiarity with call center or CRM tools, and the ability to work in rotational shifts, if required, are preferred.
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, communications, or related fields is an advantage.
