🔹 About the Role:
We are seeking a Hindi-speaking Telecaller to support our customer communication and outreach activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and experience in handling customer interactions over phone.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and handle inbound calls with customers
- Communicate clearly in Hindi to provide information and support
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication
- Record call details and update internal systems
- Coordinate with internal teams when required
🔹 Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in telecalling or customer support
- Strong Hindi communication skills (mandatory)
- Basic English communication skills
- Good interpersonal and listening skills
- Ability to handle customer conversations professionally
🔹 Additional Information:
- Work location: Pondicherry (on-site role)
