Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Hindi Teacher role based in the Chennai metropolitan area. The Hindi Teacher will plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate Hindi lessons aligned with the school curriculum for middle school learners. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching vocabulary, grammar, reading, and writing skills, and fostering appreciation for Hindi language and literature. The role involves assessing student progress, maintaining records, providing constructive feedback, and participating in examinations and evaluations. The Hindi Teacher will collaborate with colleagues, communicate regularly with parents or guardians, support co-curricular activities, and contribute to a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Teaching experience and familiarity with Middle School education, particularly in Hindi language instruction.
- Demonstrated ability to design, adapt, and implement Curriculum that aligns with educational standards and school policies.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage students, collaborate with staff, and interact professionally with families.
- Relevant academic background, such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hindi, Education, or a related field.
- Professional teaching certification or training in pedagogy, classroom management, or child development is preferred.
- Ability to use basic educational technology and digital tools to support teaching and learning.
- Commitment to inclusive education, student well-being, and continuous professional development.
