Role Overview:
We are looking for confident and energetic Telesales Executives fluent in both Hindi and English who can connect with leads, explain the Paymorz platform, perform lead research activities, and convert interested users into active subscription plan customers through effective communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
• Search and identify potential leads through online platforms and databases
• Call and engage with leads provided by the company
• Explain Paymorz services and subscription plans professionally
• Understand customer requirements and handle customer queries
• Follow up with interested prospects regularly
• Convert qualified leads into subscription plan customers
• Build trust and maintain professional customer relationships
• Maintain lead data, Excel sheets, and communication updates properly
Requirements:
• Fluent communication skills in both Hindi and English
• Strong speaking and convincing ability
• Comfortable handling telesales conversations
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to perform basic lead research and data management
• Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset
• Basic sales or customer handling experience preferred
• Laptop/Smartphone with stable internet connection
