Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hindi/Computer/Spanish Facilitator at our campus in Hyderabad. The role involves planning and delivering engaging lessons in the respective subject area to students, fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment, and actively participating in school events and faculty meetings. The facilitator will also assess and evaluate students’ performance, provide regular feedback, and collaborate with fellow teachers to enhance the overall educational experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in teaching Hindi, Computer Science, or Spanish, with strong subject knowledge and excellent instructional skills.
- Competency in curriculum development and lesson planning for the respective subject area.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage and inspire students.
- Adaptability and creativity in classroom management and instructional methods.
- Experience with educational technologies and tools for effective teaching.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, relevant subject, or a related field; a teaching certification or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Prior experience as an educator or facilitator in a school setting is advantageous.
