Under general supervision, the Data Analyst has responsibility for report preparation, delivery, data analysis and report development. The Analyst provides accurate and timely information to support various business partners throughout the organization. Essential Job Functions: Design new and prepare/modify existing reports (daily/weekly/monthly and ad hoc) for use and review by various departments and leadership Perform testing and validation as needed Track and respond to internal user requests through the ticketing system Works with business stakeholders to gather requirements and assess needs through collaborative dialog Queries databases with SQL to provide data for various analytical projects Implements best practices and assists to improve business processes Collaborates with peers, managers, leaders, and internal and external business partners Embodies the Hilton Grand Vacations Values of Hospitality, Integrity, Leadership, Teamwork, Ownership, Now, Completes all required Company training/compliance courses as assigned.
