This 3.5-year scheme with Hilti Great Britain is for recent graduates who want a structured approach to explore possibilities and discover their passions through first-hand experience. You will join a leading, trusted brand and contribute to our purpose of Making Construction Better from day one. We have designed this Programme to give you an inspiring, engaging and rewarding start to your career. After a successful 18 months in a field-based sales account manager role, you will move into your chosen field to follow one of our graduate tracks. Upon successful completion of the Programme, you will be offered a permanent position and from there, the world is your oyster! You are a curious, highly adaptable and committed team player with excellent communication and social skills. You are willing to relocate for your initial Sales Account Manager role and again for your track roles, if required. You have a full, clean, manual UK driving licence.
