Global Management Development Programme (Outperformer) - Finance Track

The Hilti Graduate Program is an intensive 18-24 month learning and development program designed to accelerate the careers of outstanding university graduates. The program combines challenging on-the-job assignments, formal training, mentoring and early leadership responsibilities to prepare you for a career in management and executive leadership. During the program, you will gain exposure to various functions and business areas within Hilti, including sales, marketing, operations, finance, and R&D. You will complete three six-month rotations, including an international assignment. At the end of the program, you will have the opportunity to transition into a permanent role that leverages your unique skills and experiences.
