Branch Services Representative - Part-Time - Cheyenne Downtown Office

Shift: Monday - Friday 1:30 p.m.-5:30 p.m.

Job Summary: 

Provide a variety of services to branch customers. Become a product expert to understand customer’s needs, provide effective solutions, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

·         Serve clients by accurately handling deposit, withdrawal, transfer, and loan payment transactions

·         Open/Close/Maintain checking, savings, time deposit, IRA, and H.S.A. accounts

·         Assist customers with questions or issues on their deposit accounts, ATM/Debit cards, or general product or service needs

·         Promotes and cross sells other bank products and services as appropriate to client needs, including loans, cards, online and mobile banking products, trust and payroll services

·         Maintains current knowledge and consistent compliance with Bank policies and procedures related to the position

·         Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

·         Prefer experience in one or more areas of branch services - teller, new accounts, client services

·         Displays knowledge and proficiency in explaining, selling and administering financial products and services

·         Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail

·         Solid computer skills

·         Reliable attendance
