- Bachelor’s degree preferred, certificate in project management or 10 years of experience in project management related work, aviation experience preferred
- Have clear delegated authority for planning, resource allocation, direction, and control of services to be rendered daily
- Be proactive; be a leader, and set high standards of performance
- Proactively identify critical issues and determine related risks
- Resolve project-related technical problems and personnel issues
- Become the primary point of contact to coordinate the project team’s efforts
- Must be willing to work onsite full time in Phoenix, AZ
