Job Description Summary
This position reports directly to the STO Program Lead and oversee end-to-end site operations, ensuring optimal site health, engagement, and performance. This role drives organizational change management, fosters communication between US and HIH leadership, and partners with HR and GSO teams to maintain consistency in operating models. The position also leads governance forums and performance reviews at both local and enterprise levels
Job Description
- The HIH Site Operations Associate Director will be responsible for operational mechanisms, governance, relationship management, and strategic planning – working closely with the HIH Site Leader on these deliverables.
- Owns the site engagement strategy, working with the site leader and anchor leaders to drive employee engagement aligned to Evernorth’s culture and values, inclusive of visitor management, enabling function partnerships.
- Manage site operations, including visitor management and overall site performance.
- Lead organizational change management programs to support transformation initiatives.
- Partner across teams for collaborative work environments building trust
- Organize roadshows and engagement events to strengthen leadership visibility and cultural alignment.
- Provide thought leadership and governance activities to drive delivery efficiencies
- Develop recurring and ad-hoc key stakeholders and Sr. leadership update materials.
- Will develop and manage KPIs/KRAs as well as site performance
- Will work with site lead on consistent delivery of site operations, ensuring change management principals are followed.
- Partner with HR and GSO teams to ensure alignment on reporting lines, org structures, spans & layers, and roles & responsibilities.
- Possesses interpersonal skills necessary to build commitment to the projects and negotiate compromises, and resolve conflicts, as needed.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on transformation progress, project milestones, and strategic plan developments.
- Partner with other core members of the leadership team to identify gaps, program risks, interdependencies, and strategies to successfully mitigate.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 18 years site operations management, change management, and organizational governance.
- Healthcare or technology experience is required.
- Ability to manage cross-functional collaboration and drive consistency in operating models.
- Familiarity with enterprise governance models and employee engagement programs
- Demonstrated effectiveness operating in a highly matrixed organization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of delivering results and monitoring deliverables.
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with stakeholder management
- Advanced ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision both written and verbally.
- Background working with vendors and building out transformational roadmaps.
- Data analysis experience, and reporting software experience needed.
- Ability to remove barriers and enable teams to complete their objectives
- Extensive change and release management experience
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
