About The Role

We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented graduates to join our Project Management team. As a Project Management Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of key initiatives across functions. You will work closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are executed effectively, on time, and with measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, tracking, and monitoring project activities across multiple workstreams.
• Support project managers in preparing project charters, schedules, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely task completion.
• Track key project metrics (scope, timeline, budget, risks, and issues) and escalate where required.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, dashboards, and presentations for project reviews.
• Identify potential risks and support mitigation planning.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Pursuing Graduation /PG in Finance, Project Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong academic performance.
• Internship or academic project experience in project coordination, business analysis, or operations will be an added advantage.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); exposure to project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc.) is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach.
