If you have at least 3 years of construction experience, are confident in your ability to lead safe and efficient work zones, and are ready for your next opportunity, we want to hear from you.<br><br>What You'll Do:<br><br>Set up, maintain, and remove traffic control devices according to project specs and DOT standards<br><br>Lead or assist in overseeing temporary traffic control on active job sites<br><br>Safely operate trucks, trailers, and specialized equipment (manual and automatic)<br><br>Install, maintain, and repair traffic signs and other control devices<br><br>Complete daily documentation and quantity tracking<br><br>Communicate clearly with your crew and supervisors<br><br>Train and guide entry-level crew members when needed<br><br>Requirements:<br><br>Minimum 3 years of traffic control or general construction experience<br><br>Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)<br><br>Ability to read and interpret traffic control plans<br><br>Strong understanding of traffic safety standards (MUTCD, OSHA, DOT, etc.)<br><br>Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions<br><br>Must be dependable, safety-focused, and able to work nights and Saturdays as needed<br><br>Preferred Qualifications:<br><br><br>Experience operating message boards, arrow boards, or crash attenuators<br><br>Familiarity with quantity sheets and daily reporting<br><br>Why Work With Us:<br><br>Competitive pay based on experience<br><br>Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, life insurance & more<br><br>Company-provided equipment and training<br><br>Advancement opportunities in a growing company<br><br>Work with a professional, safety-focused team</div> </div>
