</div><div>Highway Signing is hiring CDL Operators to support traffic control and pavement marking operations throughout Iowa and Nebraska.<br><br>
</div><div>This is not an over-the-road driving position. Our CDL Operators work hands-on with specialized equipment and crews on roadway projects that help keep communities safe and moving.<br><br>

<li> Valid Class A or Class B CDL preferred </li>
<li> Tanker endorsement is a plus </li>
<li> Good driving record and safety mindset </li>
<li> Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions </li>
<li> Mechanical aptitude is helpful </li>
<li> Ability to lift up to 75 pounds </li>
<li> Willingness to work overtime, nights, and occasional weekends during peak season </li>
<li> Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic </li>
</ul><div>Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates who are ready to learn and grow.<br><br>
