</div><div><strong>Objectives of this Role</strong></div><ul><li>Operate heavy equipment with the highest priority of achieving accuracy</li></ul><div><strong>Daily and Monthly Responsibilities</strong></div><ul>
<li>Must be able to operate heavy equipment proficiently and with minimal supervision once trained</li>
<li>Interact with inspectors, DOT personnel, and Engineers as needed</li>
<li>Communicate with operators or supervisor to ensure production runs smoothly</li>
<li>Daily inspection of equipment</li>
<li>Must be mechanically inclined & inspect and maintain equipment schedule</li>
<li>Must be safety-conscious in all conditions</li>
<li>Wear P.P.E as required</li>
</ul><div><strong>Skills and Qualifications</strong></div><ul>
<li>Class A Driver’s license with tanker endorsement and good driving record, complete inspections, logs, and fuel reports</li>
<li>Ability to make decisions in difficult conditions</li>
<li>Mechanical ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment</li>
<li>Knowledge of job-specific safety practices</li>
</ul><div><strong>Requirements</strong></div><ul>
<li>U.S. Work Authorization</li>
<li>Mechanical aptitude</li>
<li>Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds</li>
<li>Ability to work overnight if the project necessitates</li>
<li>Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions, including heat, cold, wind, rain, and dusty environments</li>
<li>Must be able to pass drug screening</li>
<li>Must be able to stand on concrete for long periods of time</li>
<li>Ability to maneuver on or around equipment & be able to get under equipment to work on it</li>
</ul><div><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></div><ul><li>Two plus years operating a water blaster truck</li></ul>
