Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Highway Design Engineer based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Highway Design Engineer will be responsible for creating and reviewing highway and roadway designs, conducting drainage studies, and optimizing transportation planning. The role requires active participation in project development, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to design standards and regulations. The candidate will also oversee alignment and geometric design activities to support the delivery of infrastructure projects.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Highway Design and Highway Engineering
- Proficiency in Roadway Design and Drainage Design methodologies
- Experience in Transportation Planning, including alignment and geometric design
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline (Master’s degree preferred)
- Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and best practices for infrastructure projects
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and manage project timelines effectively
