Production Working Student (all genders)

That’s why we’re looking for a sharp and savvy Production Working Student (all genders) to join our legendary crew in Berlin.

You'll be the organizational backbone of our creative chaos, supporting our incredible network of freelancers and helping our production team work even smarter. You’ll keep our little black book of vendors and creative talent fresh, and even help us scout for the next big-name photographers and stylists to expand our network.

From mastering the behind-the-scenes logistic (like coordinating rentals, managing shipments, and keeping timelines on track) to being our on-set hero, you’ll be in the heart of the action. You'll be the hands-on problem-solver who makes sure every production runs as smoothly as it looks, helping set up, welcoming the crew, and making sure the magic happens without a hitch.
