Responsibilities include supporting the design, development, and maintenance of our technical solutions; ensuring efficient and reliable operation; and providing root cause analysis and corrective action plans. You will contribute to our technology environment, encompassing infrastructure, systems, networks, applications, and integrations. Working closely with engineers, analysts, and clinicians, you will build and optimize solutions, ensuring quality, integrity, and performance. The ideal candidate is solution-oriented, adaptable, and a strong collaborator, capable of supporting a wide range of technical initiatives across multiple teams. This position involves all aspects of the technical process, from initial concept and analysis through design, development, and ongoing support, utilizing various technologies and design patterns.
