<strong><br>Job Summary:<br></strong>We’re looking for a dedicated and energetic child care <strong>Teaching Assistant</strong> to join our child care team! In this role, you’ll work alongside lead teachers to support classroom instruction, supervise children, and help create a warm, safe, and engaging learning environment. <li>Assist lead teachers with classroom activities and instruction</li>
<li>Provide individual and small group support to children</li>
<li>Supervise children in the classroom, on the playground, and during transitions</li>
<li>Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom</li>
<li>Reinforce classroom routines and positive behavior</li>
<li>Communicate with families and staff as directed by the lead teacher</li>
</ul><div><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></div><ul>
<li>High school diploma or GED (required)</li>
<li>Previous experience working with children (preferred)</li>
<li>A positive, energetic attitude and love for working with kids</li>
<li>Willingness to learn and grow as part of a team</li>
<li>Familiarity with child development and classroom safety practices</li>
<li>Strong communication and collaboration skills</li>
</ul><div><strong>Schedule:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Part-time or full-time opportunities available</li>
<li>Monday–Friday</li>
