In this role, you’ll create and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that promotes emotional, social, and academic growth. <li>Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities</li>
<li>Foster critical thinking, creativity, and a love of learning</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing classroom environment</li>
<li>Track and document children’s progress and development</li>
<li>Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support each child’s needs</li>
<li>Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers</li>
<li>Follow all safety, health, and classroom management protocols</li>
<li>Address and document behavioral or developmental concerns</li>
</ul><div><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Previous teaching experience in a preschool or early childhood setting (preferred)</li>
<li>Strong understanding of child development and best teaching practices</li>
<li>Excellent classroom management and communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to create a warm, inclusive, and engaging learning environment</li>
<li>Familiarity with health and safety regulations for preschool classrooms</li>
