</div><div>Higher Ground Integrated Human Services (IHS), Inc. is seeking a <strong>creative, entrepreneurial Photographer</strong> to operate and grow our on-site photography studio while teaching <strong>Beginner Photography Classes</strong>.<br><br>
</div><div>This is a <strong>profit-share opportunity</strong>, ideal for a photographer who wants access to studio space, built-in marketing support, and a platform to generate income through <strong>classes, sessions, and studio use</strong> — without the overhead of owning a studio.<br><br>
</div><div>This role is not employment. It is a <strong>business partnership-style contract</strong> where the photographer collects revenue and pays a percentage as a facility and studio usage fee.<br><br>
</div><div>COMPENSATION STRUCTURE (PROFIT-SHARE)<br><br>

<li>Photographer retains <strong>60% of all gross photography-related revenue<br></strong><br>

<li>Higher Ground retains <strong>40% as a Studio & Facility Rental Fee<br></strong><br>

<li>Photographer collects all payments directly<br><br>

<li>No income cap — earnings scale with class attendance and bookings<br><br>

</ul><div>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<br><br>
</div><div>Photography Instruction<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Design and teach <strong>Beginner Photography Classes</strong> (camera basics, composition, lighting, settings, etc.)<br><br>

<li>Lead small group classes and hands-on sessions<br><br>
</li>
<li>Create a welcoming, supportive learning environment<br><br>
</li>
<li>Set class schedules in coordination with Higher Ground<br><br>
</li>
</ul><div>Studio Operations<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Operate and maintain the photography studio during scheduled use<br><br>
</li>
<li>Ensure studio is clean, organized, and ready for sessions<br><br>
</li>
<li>Manage studio time usage efficiently<br><br>

<li>Follow all facility rules and shared space expectations<br><br>

</ul><div>Creative & Business Development<br><br>

<li>Develop class offerings, workshops, or session packages<br><br>

<li>Assist with promotional content (photos, flyers, sample work)<br><br>

<li>Collaborate with Higher Ground on scheduling and marketing<br><br>

<li>Build a consistent presence that attracts repeat clients and students<br><br>

</ul><div>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS<br><br>

<li>Photography experience (professional or advanced hobbyist)<br><br>
</li>
<li>Strong understanding of camera fundamentals (DSLR or mirrorless)<br><br>
</li>
<li>Ability to teach beginners clearly and patiently<br><br>
</li>
<li>Comfortable working with diverse age groups and skill levels<br><br>
</li>
<li>Reliable, organized, and professional<br><br>
</li>
<li>Entrepreneurial mindset — motivated by profit share, not hourly pay<br><br>
