Sales Closer (High-Ticket | Inbound + Outbound)
About the Client
Our client operates in the AI & skill-based education space, helping professionals leverage AI to grow their income and career.
You’ll be dealing with warm & hot webinar leads -
which means faster decisions, higher stakes, and zero room for average performance.
Here You Will
* Handle warm + hot webinar leads (inbound + outbound)
* Take 6-8+ calls daily
* Handle objections around money, trust, and urgency
* Drive prospects toward clear decisions (no passive conversations)
* Maintain CRM discipline and strong follow-ups
* Continuously improve your conversion rate
This is consultative closing with speed, clarity, and ownership.
Working Structure
Working Days: 6 days/week (Saturday & Sunday mandatory)
Weekly Off: 1 day (weekday)
Shift: 9 hours
Time Window: Between 7:30 AM - 9:00 PM (based on lead availability)
Compensation
Fixed Salary: 30,000 - ₹50,000
Earning Potential: 70,000 - 1,00,000+ per month (with incentives)

Who We Want
* 1-5 years of high-ticket sales experience
* Excellent command over English communication
* Strong empathy & emotional intelligence
* Ability to listen deeply and close decisively
* Ownership mindset with high accountability

* Have no high-ticket sales experience (₹20K+)
* Sound scripted, robotic, or lack confidence
* Avoid asking for the sale or handling objections
* Cannot clearly explain past sales numbers
* Show poor discipline (late, unprepared, low energy)
