High Ticket Sales Closer — Full Cycle Sales & Revenue Growth
Remote | Commission + Salary + Equity
Wealth Project is hiring elite high-ticket sales closers who can own the complete sales cycle — from identifying ICPs and generating opportunities to closing deals and managing client onboarding till billing.
This is not a basic setter role.
We are looking for people who understand:

What You’ll Do
Full Cycle Sales Ownership
* Build and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP)
* Prospect and identify qualified businesses
* Run outbound outreach campaigns
* Handle discovery calls
* Qualify opportunities
* Present solutions
* Close high-ticket deals
* Coordinate onboarding till billing stage
* Maintain CRM hygiene and pipeline visibility

Who We’re Looking For
Required Skills
* 3+ years in high-ticket B2B sales
* Strong closing ability
* Experience in SaaS, AI, Marketing, RevOps, Web3, or Agency sales
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to manage complex sales cycles
* Understanding of GTM and sales systems
* Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
Bonus Points
* Existing network/founder connections
* Experience selling retainers or enterprise services
* Familiarity with CRM and automation tools
* Understanding of RevOps frameworks

Compensation
During 3-Month Probation
* Commission Only
* $500 USD per closed deal
After Probation
* $1200 USD/month fixed salary
* * $500 USD per closed deal
* * 0.1% equity per deal closed
