Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site High School Principal role located in Vijayawada region . The Principal will oversee the daily operations of the high school, provide educational leadership, and ensure a safe and productive learning environment for students and staff. Key responsibilities include managing staff, implementing effective curricula, overseeing student performance, developing and enforcing school policies, and fostering a culture of academic excellence. Additionally, the Principal will work closely with the administrative team to develop school programs and enhance teacher performance.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Educational Administration and Educational Management
- Experience in Curriculum Development and familiarity with academic planning
- Demonstrated abilities in Educational Leadership and team management
- In-depth understanding of Education systems and policies
- Proven ability to foster a positive learning environment
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Administration, or a relevant field
- MSc & Bed required
- Previous experience in a leadership role at a K-12 institution is preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
