Grade 10 Mathematics Faculty – CBSE Board Examination
Mount Litera Zee School, Kalaburagi is seeking an experienced, passionate, and result-oriented Mathematics Faculty to lead the academic preparation of our Grade 10 students for the CBSE Board Examination.
The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Mathematics instruction, strengthening conceptual understanding, conducting systematic revision and assessments, and mentoring students according to their individual learning levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver effective Grade 10 CBSE Mathematics lessons.
- Ensure timely completion of the prescribed syllabus.
- Conduct intensive revision, practice sessions, unit tests, pre-board examinations, and remedial classes.
- Prepare students for competency-based, case-study, application-based, and higher-order thinking questions.
- Analyse student performance and identify individual learning gaps.
- Develop targeted improvement plans for high-performing, average, and academically challenged students.
- Provide individual mentoring and academic support.
- Focus on accuracy, speed, problem-solving ability, and examination strategies.
- Maintain regular academic performance records and communicate progress to the academic team.
- Work collaboratively with the school leadership and other faculty members to achieve outstanding Board Examination results.
Candidate Profile:
- Master's degree in Mathematics.
- Strong command of CBSE Class 10 Mathematics.
- Prior experience teaching Grade 10 Board classes is preferred.
- Proven ability to improve student performance and deliver strong academic outcomes.
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and mentoring skills.
- A growth-oriented and student-centric approach.
