Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a High School English Teacher located in Chennai. The primary responsibilities include designing and implementing effective lesson plans, teaching English language and literature to students, nurturing strong communication and writing abilities, and fostering a learning-friendly environment. The English Teacher will also assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and inspire a love for language and literature in students.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Lesson Planning, English Teaching, and overall Teaching methodologies
- Strong Communication and Writing skills
- Ability to engage students through innovative and student-centered teaching techniques
- Proficiency in assessing and supporting diverse learning needs
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field
- BEd (preferred)
- Passion for education and commitment to student development
