Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a High School Coordinator for Mathematics and Physics, located in Amritsar. The role entails leading and managing the delivery of high-quality educational programs in Mathematics and Physics for high school students. Responsibilities include developing curriculum plans, collaborating with teaching staff, mentoring teachers, organizing training sessions, ensuring adherence to academic standards, and tracking student progress.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Educational Leadership and training methodologies.
- Proficiency in Communication and the ability to connect effectively with students, parents, and staff.
- Expertise in Education with a focus on Mathematics and Physics, along with experience in Youth Development.
- Experience in developing and implementing curriculum plans to meet diverse learning needs.
- A degree in Education, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field. Advanced qualifications or certifications in education are an added advantage.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to inspire both students and teachers toward academic excellence.
Salary: 40k-45k
